Began Taekwondo training in 1991 at the age of 9 years old. Personally trained and guided by Grandmaster Frank Loureda, resulting in a 30+ years of experience in Taekwondo and 16 years experience teaching, mentoring, & developing children and adults in Taekwondo.
Assisting in the development of students to graduate as certified Black Belts. Coached students competing in local, USAT/AAU State Qualifiers, USAT/AAU/ USCDKA Nationals, as well as International competitions, resulting in yearly gold medalist.

With over 35 years as Kwan Jang Nim (Grandmaster) of Master Frank's Taekwondo Academy, Grandmaster Frank has trained and certified countless generations of students in becoming black belts.
Throughout his career as Head Coach, he successfully established TMF (Team Master Frank's) as one of Taekwondo's most dominant teams by consistently winning numerous Gold Medals in State level, National level, and International level each year!

Founded by the late 10th Dan Grandmaster Edward B. Sell, the USCDKA emphasizes Power & Finesse. USCDKA training encompasses consistent student physical development, as well as mental discipline to meet all of life's obstacles.
The USCDKA nationally certifies students within the color belt system & certifies Black Belts nationally & internationally.
